This document governs access and use of the website www.alex25.net and its subdomains, owned by Alejandro Gándara Lago (hereinafter, “ALEX25”). Use of ALEX25’s music on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram via integrated tools (reels, shorts, stories) is permitted, provided users act respectfully and in good faith.
6. Trademark
“ALEX25”, the motto “Feel The Happiness”, and its graphic logo (a circle with the Greek letter alpha) are legally registered trademarks in Spain. Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. Authorization requests must be sent to contact@alex25.net.
7. Account Restrictions
ALEX25 may deactivate, restore, block, or limit user accounts and content on its official social profiles without prior notice or justification. Actions may be taken in response to:

• Cybercrime or technical interference
